It's that time of the year, when "Best Of" lists are being released and according to what we've seen this morning, local musicians are going to be everywhere.

And that's not all - more locals are up for the prize, including GAYNGS' Jagjaguwar labelmate Peter Wolf Crier, Cloud Cult and sorta-local S. Carey, as is Duluth band Trampled by Turtles, plus Free Energy and The Hold Steady (both of which have Minnesota roots). Vote for the albums by clicking
here! NPR will reveal the results on
December 14.

25 Best Music Videos of 2010" and Jeremy Messersmith's
Star Wars-inspired video for "Tatooine" is
number 22.
