NYC's Over Under paints the Twin Cities

NYC street artist, Erik Burke a.k.a. Over Under, is in town for a residency at XYandZ Gallery in South Minneapolis, and he's already left his artsy mark on numerous walls and buildings around town. The exhibit, opening Saturday, May 28th is sure to be a doozy, but what we're really diggin' this week is seeing Burke's signature style popping up all over the place.

Burke's been painting the town (literally) with pals from renowned local art duo, Broken Crow as his tour guides . The trio is hard at work on a brand new mural behind the Modern Cafe/331 Club in Northeast, combining their recognizable styles and techniques to create one big, beautiful monster art piece. Love it!

Have you seen Burke's work cropping up in Minneapolis/St. Paul? Snap a pic and send it our way!

Burke also left a little surprise for Nicademus Art on the back of their building, to which owner Nick said via Facebook: "Lovely little ditty on the back of the shop. Much appreciated"
