In case you missed it: Renowned local photographer Alec Soth (who recently closed an exhibit at the Walker Art Center) shot the main feature in last Sunday’s New York Times Magazine. "Portraits From a Job-Starved City" is a feature on Rockford, Illinois and how it’s been affected by the recession.
