Would you want to participate in a community-driven event comprising a series of speed presentations that are usually innovative and fresh, and always involve drinking? Yes, of course. Luckily, there is an event just like that and it is coming up soon.
A few days ago Ignitempls made an announcement that the second local Ignite event will be held on March 4th at Bedlam Theatre. The challenge: Create a speedy presentation. Any topic, 20 slides, 15 seconds per slide, 5 minutes total. You can basically pick any topic and just to give you an idea, here are some presentation titles from the last event: "When good people pick bad fonts", "Are we on the brink of a robot revolution?", 'How to Write a Novel in 30 days", "Unlearning 101", "The Art of Living Dangerously".

First batch of tickets that Ignite released on Twitter this morning were gone in seconds, so make sure you keep an eye for their updates for more info on how/when to get them. Also, here are some tips on how to prepare for your speedy presentation.
