MPLS.TV debuts "Doodle with Dillon" video series

The ever-prolific multi-media site MPLS.TV has just launched a new video series, "Doodle with Dillon" - a stop-motion art show, created by local illustrator Dillon Doodle Bakke. (You may remember his doodlings for the Cloud Cult video "You'll Be Bright.") In keeping with Valentine's Day, the premiere episode is based on the word "love." Check the site for an interview with Bakke and arts writer Jay Gabler.

Artist Dillon Bakke whipped together this cool stop motion video created with snapshots from a still camera. Pretty slick! But we also know this is code for "there's a party at 1419 on Friday."
